3. Photos: We request access to your camera and photo gallery to allow you to upload a user profile picture or attach images for product return requests.
4. Files & Documents: We request file access to allow you to download and save order invoices directly to your device.
5. Device Data & Notifications: We collect Device IDs and request push notification permissions to send you order updates, promotional alerts, and display download progress bars for invoices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

1. Processing your orders and delivering products to your address.
2. Managing your account and providing customer support.
3. Improving app performance and fixing technical issues.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share the necessary details required to fulfill your order (such as your name, phone number, and delivery address) with the respective vendors you order from and the delivery personnel. Additionally, we share specific data (like location data and Device IDs) with trusted third-party service providers to operate our app efficiently, including Google Maps for routing, and Firebase for notifications and analytics.

4. Advertising & Tracking

Our application does not display third-party advertisements. We do not use any hidden tracking tools or share your data with advertising networks.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. You can request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated data via the "Delete Account" option available within the app's profile settings, or by contacting us directly. Once the deletion is requested, all your personal data is permanently removed from our active servers.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

1. المعلومات الشخصية: الاسم، البريد الالكتروني، ورقم الهاتف عند إنشاء حساب (بيانات مطلوبة لعمل التطبيق).
2. بيانات الموقع الجغرافي: نطلب الوصول إلى موقعك الجغرافي (اختياريا وأثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط) لتحديد عنوان التوصيل بدقة وحفظه.
3. الصور: نطلب الوصول إلى الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور للسماح لك برفع صورة لملفك الشخصي أو إرفاق صور عند تقديم طلبات إرجاع المنتجات.
4. الملفات والمستندات: يتم استخدام صلاحية الوصول للملفات لتتمكن من تنزيل وحفظ فواتير طلباتك على جهازك.
5. بيانات الجهاز والإشعارات: نجمع معرفات الجهاز (Device IDs) ونطلب صلاحية إرسال الإشعارات لتزويدك بتحديثات الطلبات، وتنبيهات العروض، وإظهار شريط التقدم أثناء تنزيل الفواتير.

2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

نستخدم البيانات المجمعة للأغراض التالية فقط:

1. معالجة طلباتك وتوصيل المنتجات إلى عنوانك.
2. إدارة حسابك وتوفير دعم العملاء.
3. تحسين أداء التطبيق وحل المشكلات التقنية.

3. مشاركة البيانات مع جهات خارجية

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. يتم مشاركة البيانات الضرورية فقط لإتمام طلبك (مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف، وعنوان التوصيل) مع المتاجر التي تطلب منها ومندوبي التوصيل. كما نشارك بعض البيانات (مثل بيانات الموقع الجغرافي ومعرفات الجهاز) مع مزودي خدمات موثوقين لدعم عمل التطبيق، مثل خدمات خرائط Google لتحديد العناوين، و Firebase لإرسال الإشعارات وتحليل الأداء.

4. الإعلانات والتتبع

لا يعرض تطبيقنا أي إعلانات لجهات خارجية. كما أننا لا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبع إعلانية مخفية أو نشارك بياناتك مع شبكات الإعلان.

5. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق والخدمات المقدمة من خلاله غير موجهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عاما. نحن لا نجمع بيانات شخصية عن قصد من الأطفال. إذا تبين لنا أن طفلا دون هذه السن قد زودنا بمعلومات شخصية، فسنتخذ إجراءات فورية لحذف هذه البيانات تماما.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب

يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية وتعديلها. نحن نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما أن حسابك نشط. يحق لك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به تماما وبشكل نهائي من خلال خيار "حذف الحساب" المتاح داخل إعدادات الملف الشخصي في التطبيق، أو عبر التواصل معنا. بمجرد تنفيذ طلب الحذف، يتم إزالة جميع بياناتك من خوادمنا بشكل دائم ولا يتم الاحتفاظ بأي نسخ منها.
