طلبات أبوقراميط operates as a multi-vendor marketplace platform. We facilitate the connection between customers, independent store owners (vendors), and delivery personnel. The respective vendors are primarily responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of the products they sell.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. The information you provide during registration (such as name, phone number, and address) must be accurate and up-to-date.
We, along with our vendor partners, reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or typographical errors in pricing. All prices displayed in the app are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery times depend on your geographical location and the availability of delivery personnel. All return and exchange requests are subject to the specific store's return policy. Products must be in their original condition and requested within 7 days of receipt.
If you encounter any issues with your order, product quality, or delivery, our customer service team is available to assist you. We will mediate disputes between you and the vendor or delivery personnel through the app's support system to ensure a fair resolution.
The application may not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable behavior or content. Any attempt to interfere with the app's functionality, damage its technical infrastructure, or abuse other users will result in immediate account termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

يعمل تطبيق طلبات أبوقراميط كمنصة إلكترونية تجمع بين العملاء، المتاجر المستقلة، ومندوبي التوصيل. المتاجر هي المسؤولة بالدرجة الأولى عن جودة المنتجات، سلامتها، ومطابقتها للمواصفات المعروضة.
أنت مسؤول بالكامل عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وكلمة المرور. يجب أن تكون المعلومات التي تقدمها عند التسجيل (مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف، والعنوان) دقيقة ومحدثة.
نحتفظ نحن وشركاؤنا من المتاجر بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب، بما في ذلك عدم توفر المنتج أو وجود أخطاء مطبعية في التسعير. جميع الأسعار المعروضة في التطبيق قابلة للتعديل دون إشعار مسبق.
تعتمد أوقات التوصيل على موقعك الجغرافي وتوافر مندوبي التوصيل. تخضع جميع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لسياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بالمتجر، ويجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية ويتم تقديم الطلب خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
في حال وجود أي مشكلة تتعلق بالطلب، جودة المنتج، أو عملية التوصيل، فإن فريق خدمة العملاء لدينا متاح لمساعدتك. سيقوم التطبيق بدور الوسيط لحل النزاعات بينك وبين المتجر أو مندوب التوصيل عبر نظام الدعم الفني لضمان الوصول إلى حل يرضي جميع الأطراف.
يمنع استخدام التطبيق لأي أغراض غير قانونية، احتيالية، أو مسيئة. نحن نطبق سياسة عدم التسامح مطلقا مع السلوكيات أو المحتويات المسيئة. يمنع محاولة التدخل في عمل التطبيق أو إلحاق الضرر بالبنية التحتية التقنية الخاصة به، وأي مخالفة ستؤدي إلى الإغلاق الفوري للحساب.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم تحديث تاريخ «التحديث الأخير» أعلى الصفحة، ويعتبر استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق موافقة صريحة على الشروط المعدلة.
